Initial consultation is always complementary and we are available by phone or email for any questions between meetings. One or more of the sessions may be combined as necessary.

  • Flowers and decor

  • Bride’s and bridal party dresses

  • Stationery (invitation, save the date, programs)  

2nd meeting

  • Vendor selection
  • Obtain contact information for all attendants, hostesses and helpers

3rd meeting

  • Detailed planning session to discuss order of ceremony
  • Rental items
  • decorations

4 th meeting

  • Cake and food tasting
  • Finalize details with baker and caterer, florist and other vendors
  • Finalize Invitations and programs

5th meeting

  • Gown fitting
  • Collect all items:( Guest book with pen, Flower girls' baskets ,Ring pillow,Cake Server, Toasting glasses, Table Numbers, Seating Cards, Place Cards)

Final meeting

Go over every last detail and tie up any lose ends before the rehearsals (2 weeks before ehe wedding)
